Returns / Exchanges

There are NO returns but items can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.

If item is torn and/or damaged upon arrival, please email queenredefinedllc@gmail.com as soon as possible with a picture for verification, attached.

All items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.
