Below are the two packages you can select from.
Package #1
Room by yourself.
- Luxury King size room, including all taxes and fees for three days/two nights at The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel.
- Queen ReDefined apparel and accessories.
- Exclusive Melanin & Vibes Getaway Items from other Black-Owned Businesses.
- Friday through Sunday Weekend Itinerary.
- Transportation to and from destinations on itinerary.
- Additional incentives that will be provided throughout the weekend getaway.
TOTAL: $1000 (broken down into three payments)
Deposit of $250 due by October 15, 2024.
2nd payment of $375 due by November 15, 2024.
Final payment of $375 due by December 15, 2024.
A confirmation email and getaway itinerary will be sent after the first deposit is received. Failure to pay remaining balance by designated date will lead to forfeiture of deposit. Please communicate if you have an issue making trip payments by designated date.
Package #2
Share a room with another Queen.
- Two (2) Queen beds, including all taxes and fees for three days/two nights at The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel. *We will do the roommate matching based on roommate preference information that will be collected.
- Queen ReDefined apparel and accessories.
- Exclusive Melanin & Vibes Getaway Items from other Black-Owned Businesses.
- Friday through Sunday Weekend Itinerary.
- Transportation to and from destinations on itinerary.
- Additional incentives that will be provided throughout the weekend getaway.
TOTAL: $800 (broken down into three payments)
Deposit of $250 due by October 15, 2024.
2nd payment of $275 due by November 15, 2024.
Final payment of $275 due by December 15, 2024.
